Two twin three-storey houses, on a narrow plot in Sesimbra, fit into an intersection of two secondary roads.

The semi-collective housing project is intended to be of apremium, therefore, private outdoor spaces were designed, high quality materials were preferred and spaces were balanced depending on the characteristics of the location.

In these homes, the cooking space (kitchen) is integrated with the dining room, living room and terrace, as social and convivial spaces. Intimate spaces, such as the bedrooms and office, enjoy views of the street through balconies.

Solar lighting and natural ventilation were optimized and sustainable solutions/logics were incorporated.
