The proposal maximizes the construction capacity permitted by the Chamber's legislation, at the same time, which benefits from the unique characteristics of Rio Maior.

The orientation of the building and its strategically designed location allow all compartments to benefit from sunlight, natural ventilation and views of the surrounding forestry.

The choice for two typologies is due to the developer wanting to diversify his real estate offer and the gently sloping topography of the land which allows for spacious homes.
